It's art Jim but not as we know it!

Not one but 2 creations today, well really one kind of begat the other.

My 1st is for Moving Along With The Times challenge #57.
There's a sketch to follow and an inspirational flowery picture/theme. I had my oriental stamps out trying to convince myself that I don't need to buy more. The paper is from a RAK and the branch stamp is an old Lakeland one that I have stamped with Pumice Stone Distress Ink. The larger flowers are from a 2 step Martha Stewart sheet. It's very hard to line them up (I preferred stamping the outline 1st as you could see it more clearly through the 2nd stamp). When you miss just slightly it gives a kind of highlights effect.

Whilst I was testing the ink on the stamp I stamped it a 2nd time to get a fainter image and thought it would make a lovely reflection. Of course it was the wrong way around for that so I re-inked it and stamped it onto a spare acrylic block, then stamped it on some card.
I've washed over the image with Distress Inks (very lightly so that the stamped ink doesn't totally mix in). The theme at Oh Alice this week is Cracked Glass/Glossy Accents which I have used with some crystal glitter to decorate the cherry blossoms.
That just left me to mount the whole thing up using some DCWV Far East papers and a sentiment.

Few, gonna put my feet up with a cuppa now.
