Pinch, punch it's the 1st of the month and so time for a new challenge at By The Cute And Girly. Hang on, who stole April? From what I remember there was some quite good weather, perhaps that's why someone nicked it!
May's theme is 'Celebrations' and has been set by Ayelet as there is a special birthday in her family this month. I've been thinking about birthdays too, one boy, one girl. 1st of all I've planned a set for a boy's birthday party.
Boys love baking and getting messy with icing. There's an invitation too.
The top part slides out to show the details, so you can print off one big sheet of them to cut up if there are several invites to make.
The image is from Stitchy Stamps, one of this month's sponsors. I'm getting quite fond of these digi images now and one definite advantage over rubber is they are a doddle to resize in word, so I have some matching cupcake flags too.
My second project - the girly one - is a shutter card for a God-daughter's 5th birthday.
I've used the Cute Companion stamps I won, how opportune for them to have a celebration theme. And I've water coloured the images.
The papers are from my collection of Patchwork Pals.
That's it for my makes. Pop over to the BTCAG blog (link at the top of this post) to see all the fabulous makes from the other members of the design team.
