Ghoul School

Thanks for all the comments left yesterday. Who knew that you could fill an entire day in Tidworth and still not get time to go to Lidls!

Spent lots of time and lots of money in Kraft Crazy and met up with Julia (Mrs WOYWW), but no Kay, I didn't curtsy. We had a late lunch along with my sister and talked, lots, desks were mentioned amongst many other things.

Now on to the important bit, what did I buy? I've decided not to blog a picture of the pile, that would be too easy. Instead I am going to try and use most things on my projects over the coming weeks, because I so often buy things and then they languish in a carrier bag or box until I can't remember why I wanted them.
This is a little notebook I've altered. The background is a wonderful Tim-esque Kars stamp. It's a whopping 6x5 inches and I hope it will be transforming plain and patterned papers alike on my projects. I've used Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy Distress inks and edged with a new VersaMagic purple ink I bought.
The little skater dude is part of a new Sugar Nellie set I had delivered recently (I say new but I think it's last year's design). I've printed off the wording and then the little sticker at the top is from a Craft Planet sticker set which I thought would make nice little accents to my seasonal projects.

Challenges for this one are:

Burtonesque Dolls #18 - Ghouls school
A Spoonful of Sugar #121 - Fall colours
Allsorts #69 - Autumn colours

I've an awful lot of WOYWWers to catch up on, a broken vacuum cleaner and clothes horse need replacing too, so I can see that my desk snooping could go well into the weekend.
