WOYWW

Running late today as I have been on a mission to excavate the cupboard under the stairs in search of the Christmas tree. The smaller of the 2 options is now nestled safely beside me in its box. How long it will stay there waiting to be put up is any ones guess!
To the uninitiated this may look like a crazy mess but those that have visited on a Wednesday before with see I have had a tidy. I know, wonders will never cease. (If you have no idea what I'm on about, pop over to Julia's and check out the other WOYWWers). I decided to have a good sort of my papers and as some of them were buried on the desktop I had no choice but to clear it off a bit.

This card is my latest project.
I made it with a particular friend in mind and went a bit mad with the colour scheme thinking of hot desert areas where kings might roam on camels.

Hi Kate

Your card is beautiful adn I can see where you were coming from with the desert colours.

I love Penny Black 4112K, it is so versatile and it can be as simple or elaborate as you want to make it. In fact I used it this morning for a card to post on my blog later.

Oh, doncha just hate being forced into a tidy! I hate emptying cupboards too - can never quite get it all beack in, even after the one thing has been extricated! I love the card - did you use alpha or single stamps for the text?
