It's all about me
Hope a nice Mother's Day was had by all. I settled down to some me time yesterday evening with plans to make a tall card from an off-cut of kraft paper. As I was working I realised I wasn't going to want to part with it, so I quickly converted it to a bookmark for me.
I've stamped and masked Simply Sassy Guinevere as well as a moon shape and then inked over the top with Dusty Concord and Black Soot Distress Inks. There's a combination of stamps on the background from Pink Paislee London Market and MME Be Happy as well as some older Pink Paislee ones. To give the moon some shine I rubbed over it with a silver rub.
Guinevere is coloured with PolyChromos and highlights have been added with Liquid Pearls. I didn't have a dark enough twine so I twisted my own from some embroidery threads.
