It's Wednesday again already and I have a busy day scheduled, which will not be helped by the fact that it is absolutely pouring down. A very quick desk share today of a hasty, wonky picture of my stamping corner.

All this humiliation for WOYWW! As you see my stamps are fighting for space with fruit, snacks, children's toys and cookery books. It's the usual problem of why spend my spare time sorting things out when I could spend it creating.

I was thrilled to have so many visitors last week and I am still returning your calls, slowly but surely. There was even a question which I will pop over to the relevant blog and answer, promise! Meanwhile, pop over to Julia's today to see other workspaces and also to read up on important news about the WOYWW 3rd anniversary and the opportunity to share a bit of love with someone who is feeling a tad poorly.

We have had such a horrible day here too in Melbourne, blizzard conditions and a good time to stay inside. Can't believe my daughter marched in the Anzac Parade in the city.

I think you need some creative time, clear that space and create girl. Forget the children, cooking and whatever else gets in the way.

Just sorted my kitchen out and feel better for it! Even tho no-one will notice except me. Raining here too so the perfect excuse to get crafty. Have a great week.

Well, I think the bowl of fruit and the children's toys just proves to us that you're a great Mum, and I couldn't agree more about the decision to craft over tidy.

I love all your things mixed up with the bowl of fruit and radio. Looks like fun.

Busy busy desk - I'd share the snacks with you but not so much the fruit!!!
Very true - wasted time tidying up could be more usefully spent crafting - and you make a mess crafting (well, I do anyway!) so there's not point tidying :-)

I'm suddenly feeling a little slanty. Pass me a banana could you? I'm sure it's just my blood sugar. I agree with you, why spend your time sorting when you could create, but sometimes sorting is more fun. You can find things you forgot you had. It's like Christmas that way.

My space looked worse than that when I posted on Wednesday, but when I saw it on my blog, I was shamed into cleaning it. It does (well did, look a lot better after that.
