WOYWW #169
It's time to share workdesks with the world again via Julia's Stamping Ground. Today she's offering "2 shots of the same shame" and that's just what I have for you too.
The desk/changing table (just the right height to stand and work at) is still in an unusable state, but there's almost a danger of being able to find things on it, so you have to count that as an improvement.
There are piles of finished cards waiting to be boxed up in a tidy fashion, my big crop-a-dile and a rack full of nonsense at the back, 80% of which could probably go in the bin. There's a blue Claudine Hellmuth folding water bucket at the back with my Copics in. I quite like them in there, easy to transport and use whilst sat in front of the TV. Liked them so much in fact that I bought a Royal Langnickel one for my Distress Markers. Despite being a lovely shade of blue in the picture it arrived pink, but I can live with that.
You can see it better from this angle, although it looks to be lurching dangerously.
Up to date with all my projects at the moment, so no works in progress. I have started to pull out a kit to use for Learn Something New Every Day, because it really is September on Saturday! Fingers crossed for a warm Indian Summer style start to Autumn.
Due join in with my giveaway if you fancy the chance to try some scrapbooking software.
In the rest of my world the plumber has decided he can't sort out our leaking cistern today after all. A day watching England lose at cricket yesterday appears to have affected his schedule. He has promised to be here 9am Monday, so I guess that means I need to go and dry out some of my mopping up towels. And my cup still runneth over!!!!

Your pens look like they are about to take a nasty tumble but I'm glad you are making progress.

Wow the desk looks busy - and this is you up to date with projects - what would it look like if you were in full swing ! I did Learn Something New the past couple of years but haven't heard from Shimelle - did you get an email that I have missed ? Hope the plumber turns up before the towels give up the ghost !
