Glorious and Golden

Earlier this month I heard the amazing news that I had made it on to the Blue Moon Beads design team!  As you can imagine, I was thrilled and the box of wonderful products I have been sent will be a pleasure to work with.  Here's my first project.

These golden findings are so lovely they shouldn't be hidden away.

Instead I've made a feature of the t-bar clasp and and made sure the head-pins are on show too.

Blue Moon have some fabulous tins of bead mixes available, so there's no worry about finding co-ordinating colours.  All of the beads in this necklace are from the Rum and Raisin tin.

I'll be back later this week with a project for anyone new to making jewellery which makes a great quick gift idea too.
