Clean and Simple style and William Morris

Clean and simple style and William Morris, surely those 2 things don't go together?

Shimelle had asked crafters to list their favourite patterns for entry into her giveaway and, yes, polka dots, stripes and chevrons are all good, but when I think of pattern designs it's things like Liberty and William Morris that spring into my mind.  The theme this week at Less Is More for challenge #71 is flourishes, so here is my interpretation, William Morris stylee!
The flourish is from Tim Holtz and I've stamped it in Bundled Sage Distress Ink and coloured the flowers with a Distress Marker.
The sentiment is an old Papermania one which I've stamped with Lightening Black Brilliance ink (an old favourite).
Everything has then been highlighted with a gold gel pen.

Challenges:
Less Is More #71 - Flourishes
Craft Your Passion #114 - Anything Goes
Simon Says Stamp And Show - Anything Goes.
