Half way to .........

We are half way through August, half way through summer, half way through the school holidays and what does today bring us ................... heavy rain with the odd clap of thunder thrown in for good measure!

To lift the mood and think of sunnier things, I have another fruity card for the By The Cute And Girly August challenge where the theme is, well, 'Fruity!'

I've used 3 stamps, a lemon from Imaginisce, a strawberry that came free with Craft Stamper way back and a sentiment from Dovecraft.  The background is coloured with watercolours and the lemon with Distress Markers.

I've popped the lemon on some 3d foam to make it stand out a little more from the background.
